Become A Construction Career Partner Today!

  • YouthBuild Construction Career Partners

Our YouthBuild program provides young adults ages 18-24 with education and hands-on construction training while building homes for low-income families. An important part of the program is introducing participants to the variety of opportunities available in the construction industry, and having candid conversations about what it takes to pursue particular careers. To do this effectively we are seeking you - construction industry professionals - to become Construction Career Partners, hosting workshops, participating on Q&A panels, and allowing YouthBuild members to shadow on the job site. If you are interested in partnering, please complete the following interest form and our YouthBuild staff will reach out to discuss how a partnership can meet our members' and your businesses' needs.
