YouthBuild Program Manager
The YouthBuild Program Manager oversees the planning, daily operations, compliance, and continuous improvement of MCC’s YouthBuild program. The role manages participant recruitment, enrollment, engagement, education, construction training, credential attainment, employment placement, retention, and follow-up while supervising program staff and coordinating with construction-site supervisors and community partners. The Program Manager also maintains partnerships with organizations such as Employ Milwaukee, education providers, employers, and unions while ensuring accurate participant records, reporting, grant compliance, and program outcomes. Ultimately, the role supports young adults ages 18–24 in overcoming barriers and building pathways toward family-sustaining careers through education and hands-on construction experience.
