YouthBuild

The YouthBuild program from Milwaukee Community Crossroads is free to join and offers career, learning and life skills in carpentry and construction for Milwaukee residents, aged 18 to 24. Through teaching skills in the trades, we build up young people to go onto lucrative careers, pursue their passions and thrive with the knowledge to support themselves, loved ones and their communities.

Member Expectations

  • Monday - Friday | 28 hours per week
    • schedules can vary at the start of each cohort
  • Attend daily and arrive on time
  • Be in provided uniform on job sites
