We all have needs. We all have wants. We should all want and desire to achieve those wants and needs; but we have to remember that that does not have to come at the expense of someone else having less than. I’m not at odds with a neighbor simply because I lack. Rather there is understanding there, and I empathize. There is potential to brainstorm, share strategies, or develop community-based systems that allow strong communities to thrive.
